By accessing and using DAMIO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DAMIO is an AI-powered creative studio offering four tools: Image Generation, Image-to-Image, Voice Generation, and Video Generation. Generation is available to signed-in accounts and is subject to a shared usage limit across all four tools (see Section 6). We may adjust tool availability, limits, or pricing in response to infrastructure costs or provider policy changes.
You agree NOT to generate, upload, or share content that exploits minors, depicts non-consensual or sexual content, contains realistic graphic violence or self-harm, infringes third-party intellectual property or likeness rights, or promotes illegal acts, terrorism, or hate speech. DAMIO maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Violations may result in suspension; we will cooperate with relevant authorities when necessary.
DAMIO is provided "AS IS". You are solely responsible for the prompts and outputs you create. The generation of content does not imply DAMIO's endorsement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DAMIO harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your distribution of generated content.
DAMIO is intended for use by businesses and individual content creators. You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate and publish complies with advertising standards, consumer protection law, and any industry-specific regulations applicable in your market.
Each account may generate up to a fixed number of outputs within a rolling time window, shared across Image Generation, Image-to-Image, Voice Generation, and Video Generation. Once the limit is reached, you must wait for the window to reset before generating again. Where paid credits or plans are offered, they are sold through Stripe or approved processors, hold no monetary value outside the Service, and all sales are final due to compute costs.
You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to a non-exclusive license granted to DAMIO to host and display such content as needed to operate the Service. All underlying technology and branding remain the property of DAMIO.
DAMIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
If you believe your rights are being infringed or content violates these Terms, please contact us at hello@example.com with relevant details. We will review and respond to takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.
Generation history, prompts, and reference uploads may be retained for a limited period (up to 48 hours, with the 10 most recent items per tool kept longer for your history view) for support and abuse prevention. We may preserve information longer to comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or terminate access in regions where our offerings conflict with local regulations.
